We are a professional management company that brings together apartments in Batumi under our brand. All apartments that we manage are located in new modern buildings near the sea. Each apartment is a combination of hotel service and home comfort. Studio apartments, one or two bedroom apartments, luxurious penthouse with a terrace, sea or mountain views.         Apartments-studios, rooms with one or two bedrooms, luxurious penthouse with a terrace, sea or mountain views.
        In each apartment: a kitchen with the necessary equipment, mini perfumes, high-quality textiles and a compliment from us.
        Special conditions
        Because of ethical reasons, the company does not serve:
        - Parliament’s members, ministers, employees of the presidential administrations of Ukraine and Russia, as well as the Russian military generals and any spies.

        Special discounts are available for:
        - Citizens of Canada, Haiti, Virgin Islands, other offshore territories and members of the Royal Family.

        Policies

        Checkin
        Heck-in time is from 1 p.m. to 12 p.m.
        We will propose you to fill in the registration form and make a copy of your passport.
        The payment for early check-in (from 06:00 to 13:00) is 50% of room rate in case the apartment is free.
        Checkout
        Unified checkout time - 12 hours.
        In a case of staying less than 24 hours, the fee is charged per day, regardless of the checkout time.
        Check-out after 12 a.m. is an additional service and could be provided in case if apartment is free. It costs 50% of room rate until 8 p.m. Check-out after 8 p.m. should be paid for the full room rate.
        Cancellation
        In case of delay more than 24 hours, the reservation has to be cancelled.
        Рayment
        Payment for accommodation is 100% pre-paid, according to the approved room rate. In case of delay / early departure, the amount of pre-paid services is not refundable.
        Unified checkout time - 12 hours. In a case of staying less than 24 hours, the fee is charged per day, regardless of the checkout time.
        For accommodation less than one day, the payment should be made for the full day.

        Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
